Due to the customized production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun

Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase. Once production has commenced, orders are final.

We reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria

All product fits true to size

If your pair does not fit as intended, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request:

• Photos of the fit

• Confirmation of the size ordered

• Any sizing information submitted at purchase

If the issue is due to a production or sizing error on our end, we will remake your pair.
If sizing was selected incorrectly at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund, but may offer a discounted remake at our discretion
